  • South India’s Best Wedding Photographer – Competition Rules

    1. Competition Title: South India’s Best Wedding Photographer

    2. Eligibility: Open to wedding photographers & studios from South India, Participants must submit only their own original work

    3. Entry Fee: ₹500 per entry

    4. Prize Details: Total Prize Pool: Up to ₹2,00,000*

    Prizes will be awarded in the form of products, trophies & certificates

    Prize distribution includes:
    1st Prize
    2nd Prize
    3rd Prize

    Consolation Prizes

    * Total prize value will be divided among multiple winners.

    5. Judging & Selection Process
    50% – Public Voting
    50% – Jury Evaluation (Marks by Judges)
    Final score will be calculated based on combined 100% score

    6. Image Usage Rules:Participants must submit only images owned by them, All submitted images must be original and shot by the participant

    7. Client Consent / Legal Disclaimer: Participants are solely responsible for obtaining client permissions / NOCs from couples featured in the images
    Organizers are not responsible for any legal issues, copyright claims, or disputes

    Any legal responsibility will rest entirely with the participant

    8. Disqualification Rights:Organizers reserve the right to reject or disqualify any entry that violates rules or legal guidelines

    Jury decision will be final and binding

    9. Award Ceremony
    Dates: 7th, 8th & 9th February 2026
    Venue: KBR Convention Hall
    Event: PHOTO FINA

    10. Recognition & Certification: Winners will receive Official Certification

    Selected winners will be recognized as:
    “South India’s Best Wedding Photographer”

    State-wise Best Wedding Photographer Certificates will also be awarded
